MartinPatrick3 to Expand Its Women’s Department (Again)

More womenswear is coming to MartinPatrick3.

The North Loop lifestyle boutique announced plans to expand its Colonial Warehouse digs to a whopping 30,000 square feet to allow for more women’s clothing and accessories.

The expansion, which marks the store’s second for the category since launching in 2020, is driven by the success and positive response to its women’s offering. According to a press release, while the women’s collection was initially introduced to diversify the assortment during the pandemic, it’s quickly become a core growth engine for the store, showing a 50 percent year-over-year sales increase.

MartinPatrick3’s team continues proving the power of an unmatched, high-touch brick-and-mortar experience, in a world dominated by online storefronts and e-commerce shopping capabilities. “Brick-and-mortar isn’t just surviving—it’s thriving when done right,” said Tony Serino, director of marketing at MartinPatrick 3, in a press release. “We’re committed to creating unforgettable in-store experiences, ensuring that every visit to MartinPatrick 3 is both inspiring and exceptional.”

We can expect to see its menu of luxury fashion designers grow (including new labels not yet available to shop in the Twin Cities), as well as a deeper accessories assortment. Additionally, MP3 plans to host more in-store trunk shows to introduce the local market to its exclusive brands.

“We emphasize cultivating a community within our space as much as a shopping experience, which is why we host dozens of in-store events each year and invest in community initiatives throughout Downtown Minneapolis,” says Serino. “It’s been wonderful how our customers recognize and appreciate these investments, supporting us with the foot traffic we need to continue expanding.”

The addition of women’s rounded out the store’s offerings, making it a one-stop lifestyle shop providing men’s and women’s fashion, furniture and home decor, jewelry, accessories, gifts and apothecary, as well as in-house tailoring, personal shopping, interior design services, a barbershop, and more.

The expansion is estimated to be complete this summer.
